What is CDPAS and is it right for me?
Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services(CDPAS)
CDPAS is a Medicaid program which authorizes home care fiscal intermediary in which the consumer, directs how, when and by who they receive personal home care assistance from.

Under the guidelines of CDPAS, consumers can opt to have a friend, relative, neighbor, or previously hired aide to act as their agency provided aide. Many consumers appreciate the flexibility of the program and are interested to learn how to have a family member get paid to provide care.
CDPAS puts you in control.
Traditionally licensed home care agencies/programs, dictate your schedules and dispatch aides from their staff. The CDPAS Program is a unique alternative.

Do I Qualify?
To be eligible for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services(CDPAS) you must meet the following criteria:

You are eligible for Medicare Part A and B.

You are eligible for Medicaid benefits in the State of New York.

You reside in one of our participating service areas:
